As founder/owner of MAEmedia / MAEastman Business Services, I collaborate with small-to-medium-sized businesses and start-ups to create exponential growth and success through appropriate AI technology adoption and effective change management. By listening to employees at all levels of client organizations and giving leadership valuable feedback from proven discussion frameworks and assessments, I help leadership align their AI decisions with their companies' business goals. I help clients manage changes to their corporate culture and take the stress and fear out of AI adoption. I facilitate employee engagement at all levels of client organizations--encouraging them to become enthusiastic co-creators of growing success in their markets.
