Catholic Mobilizing Network (CMN) proclaims the Church's unconditional pro-life teaching and its application to capital punishment and restorative justice. CMN works in close collaboration with the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops to prepare Catholics for informed involvement in campaigns to repeal state death penalty laws and expand or inaugurate restorative justice programs.

ACCR’s primary services include providing direct representation, consulting on individual cases, advising and referring specialists, tracking Pennsylvania’s death penalty cases, educating and informing the concerned public, and training the defenders both young and old who work on these cases of excessive sentencing that are truly emblematic of our need for reform. ACCR has fought for systemic reform and in hundreds of individual cases to address the issues of discrimination based on race and class; lack of adequate resources for the lawyers who take on these cases; the ineffectiveness of lawyers who fail to challenge the system as it is; cruel and unusual punishment represented both by death row and the forgotten people sentenced to life without parole; and the misconduct of police and prosecutors. From the beginning, ACCR has fought to ensure that every individual facing the death penalty receives the best legal representation possible by preventing wrongful capital convictions and executions.

National Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty is a lobbying group focused on abolishing the death penalty in the United States.
