Located in Kibbutz Revivim (Israel), we provide the optimal conditions for establishing a new Tech-venture. In the spirit and values of Kibbutz Revivim and the Madgeras' founders, we invest in technology-based businesses that make the world a better place. Our focus is in the fields of Web & Mobile (mainly B2C apps). We are very interested in cooperatives and sharing-economy ventures. We invest a great deal of effort and money in our entrepreneurs so our selection process is thorough and complex. In addition to examining the idea itself and its feasibility, we look closely at the founding team and its ability to move the venture forward. We also verify that they share our values. During the period that the entrepreneurs are in the Madgera they will have to prove their managerial ability, work productively with service providers and mentors, deal with difficulties and pressures, meet milestones within a predetermined timeframe.
