Maderra is a professional services company focused on the delivery of: Engineering and Project Management Services, and Personnel Services Maderra was founded in 2007 by a team of engineers with years of national and international work experience. We are dedicated to the provision of value-added services to our Clients, and we are acknowledged for providing a wealth of expertise, a diverse range of services from a highly talented team, a commitment to quality, and a safe working culture. Our Team is committed to and aligned with the long-term objectives and success of both Maderra and our Clients. Engineering and Project Management Our Engineering division offers services in the areas of Multi-Discipline Engineering and Design; Project Management; Construction Management; Commissioning; Quality Assurance; and Project Services, including Document Control, Cost Control, Planning, Estimating, Procurement, Contracts Management, and Project Accounting. We supply those services to a broad range of sectors including Building and Marine Infrastructure; Utilities; Industrial and Process Facilities; Oil & Gas and Subsea, Renewable Energy; and Research and Development. Personnel Services Our Personnel division offers a full suite of Personnel Recruitment Services to the industrial, utility, petrochemical, oil and gas, drilling, and mining sectors. We have supplied nearly 1,000 personnel to over 40 clients across Canada, the US and internationally. In December 2017, Maderra Personnel merged with Acquaint Personnel Services. This merger has significantly broadened our expertise and portfolio, by adding 15 years of expertise in supplying construction and commissioning related personnel to medium and large scale international projects. Wordmark Our wordmark is a derivation of Madeira, the name and market for a very high grade of salt fish exported internationally from Newfoundland during the 17th and 18th centuries.
