Based in Singapore. 12+ years as a product designer, including Lead Product Designer at Grab, where I led AI-powered design for GrabMaps Voice AI used by 1M+ people across Southeast Asia and built its MCP/API from 0 to 1. Before that, I co-founded a healthcare SaaS and led e-commerce integration design (later part of Intuit’s $80M acquisition).
