Mad Dash Activity Centre was created as an innovative alternative to the conventional playgroup. It runs for three hours weekday mornings. During these hours, children between the ages of 2 and 5 can participate in physical activities that encourage co-operative play as well as stimulation for both mind and body. Whereas, the typical playgroup offers mostly indoor play, Mad Dash is designed to "take-over" for the parent or caregiver. Activities are for the most part outdoors except when conditions dictate otherwise. Our healthy living approach is also supported by organic and/or locally produced snacks.
