35 anos de história, mais de 15 mil imóveis entregues e 1,5 milhão de metros quadrados construídos. Missão Compreender, mediante a busca permanente e sistemática de informações relevantes, as expectativas e desejos dos compradores e investidores dos diferentes tipos de imóveis, traduzindo esse conhecimento em edificações, com altos índices de percepção e reconhecimento pelos clientes. A SETIN agrega anos e anos de know how no mercado de construção civil e incorporação após mais de três décadas de atividade destacada no desenvolvimento, planejamento e execução de obras de diversas naturezas, geralmente destinadas aos públicos A e B. Em 1979, Antônio Setin abriu o primeiro escritório da incorporadora em São Paulo, cidade com a qual a empresa criou profundos laços de crescimento e sucesso, e que representa até hoje sua principal área de atuação. De lá para cá, foram 1,5 milhão de metros quadrados construídos, mais de 15 mil unidades entregues em 84 lançamentos no Brasil. No setor hoteleiro, 5.900 quartos em 24 hotéis construídos. Atenta às demandas e oportunidades de mercado, a SETIN sempre procura levar sua vocação pioneira e contribuir para o desenvolvimento das praças onde atua. Foi a SETIN que lançou um dos primeiros condomínio-clube de São Paulo, o primeiro residencial do país a incorporar o reúso de água, além de introduzir no Brasil a hotelaria econômica em parceria com o grupo Accor.
