Apple has begun honoring service locations who have achieved an impressive average CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score of 98.4%. Only 20 (of over 2500) locations in North America achieved this lofty goal. We are extremely proud to be in such elite company and to be so thought of by our customers. Thank you! We focus on the drivers to customer satisfaction: as an Apple Authorized Service Provider we scored 96% in Professionalism, 95% in Repair Turnaround Time and 96% in Repair Quality.
