Macomics is a macrophage drug discovery company, passionate about the therapeutic potential of targeting macrophages for better therapies. We are developing novel treatments for diseases where current therapeutics are severely limited or ineffective. Our validated and proprietary platform, ENIGMAC™ enables the translation of human disease-specific macrophage biology into genetically validated and actionable therapeutic targets. Our Macrophage Atlas is one of the largest pan-disease and healthy tissue macrophage RNAseq collections globally. Using this vast resource and our bioinformatics expertise, we explore fundamental questions about conserved pathways in healthy and disease states, shedding light on the role of macrophages in driving disease. We are focused on developing a proprietary pipeline in CRPC, Fibrosis and neurodegeneration
