The team at 2macs design and deliver training courses and programmes that are engaging, fun, impactful and valuable. We work in the areas of leadership and management, behavioural safety, change, improvements and ED&I. We very often use drama based learning to bring difficult topics and issues to life in a safe learning environment. No-one is put on the spot which is the fear with things like role play, but rather people can involved and truly learn and change.
