And Pathfinder is a fixed-price engagement that cuts through the noise on what's actually working in AI and leaves you with five or six real experiments to run. Everything else, we pick up as bespoke consulting: find the value, prove it, build it, scale it. We weren't prom king or queen. We're nerds, and we got into this because we like hard problems and the people we solve them with. We'd rather protect the relationship than the revenue, even when it costs us.
