Machine Control Solutions is a small company specialising in the design and supply of bespoke and turn-key control systems for all types of industial machinery. We have worked extensively with microprocessors based solutions consisting of industry standard P.L.C's to custom designed embeded systems based arround P.C. compatible components. All components that we utilise in our designs are from readily available sources and many major automation component manufacturers. This aids in the maintainability of the machine for many years to come. Many of these systems have been for Power Presses, destined for the metal working industry, and this has prompted us to develop P.L.C. based control systems for mechanical and hydraulic presses utilising the latest in automation equipement and providing flexible, cost effective and reliable systems. The success of these systems has been the ability to freely taylor each system to suit the customer's needs and the intended machines capabilitier. Our aim is to try and provide a complete and easy to use solution for peoples' various control problems. Complimenting our products are our design facilities, where customers can aproach us with a control problem and in answer have a complete solution to their requirements, we also provide build and installation services for your control solution ensuring that a we deliver a complete service. Machine Control Solutions have complete control over all system design and development and our philosophy is to fully understand your requirements and provide a solution taylored to these requirements. This is achieved by extensive customer consultation during the initial stages of the project, and by ensuring that the design meets with customers approval. Our involvement does not finish with the installation of your control solution.
