MacarthurCook Limited has offices in Australia and Singapore and specialises in the investment management of direct property, real estate securities and mortgage assets. MacarthurCook is an unlisted company and a subsidiary of AIMS Financial Group (AIMS). MacarthurCook and AIMS manage over A$1.1 billion on behalf of over 21,000 investors as at 30 June 2009. This includes being investment manager for AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT, MacarthurCook Industrial Property Fund, MacarthurCook Office Property Trust, MacarthurCook Mortgage Fund, Advance Mortgage Fund, MacarthurCook Property Securities Fund, Advance Property Securities Fund and the RMR Asia Pacific Real Estate Fund. The MacarthurCook Property Securities Fund is listed on the ASX and the Singapore Exchange. The MacarthurCook Industrial Property Fund is listed on the ASX. The AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT is listed on the Singapore Exchange. The RMR Asia Pacific Real Estate Fund is listed on the American Stock Exchange. MacarthurCook for the fourth year in a row has been ranked by business magazine BRW as one of Australia’s 100 fastest growing businesses as measured by percentage increase in revenue. MacarthurCook has been ranked in the top 100 in each of the 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 financial years. April 2009, AIMS became the largest shareholder(15.8%) of MacarthurCook. Sepember 2009, AIMS' holding in MacarthurCook come up to 100%. MacarthurCook benefits from the strength of being a subsidiary of the AIMS Financial Group (AIMS).
