Since completing a Women’s wear MA at the Royal College of Art, Maaike has gained coverage from The Guardian, Dazed Digital, Style magazine and I-D amongst others. Having previously worked for companies such as Alberta Ferretti, Aganovich and Alexander McQueen, she felt she had gained the experience to take the helm at her own signature collection. Her successful previous shows have been featured in such varied publications as Amelia’s Magazine, I-D, Zoo, Metro, Grazia, London Kicks, Fashion 156, Interview and Nylon. Her label was stocked in stores in London, Rome, Berlin and Paris. She currently works as a free lance design consultant, art director and brand consultant.
