We respect these memories and understand that the only way to preserve these memories is to work closely with the family sponsor. We have the utmost respect for your privacy, and detest junk mail, E-mail Spam, and unsolicited telephone calls from telemarketing services, and we assure you that we would never release your contact info to anyone outside of those directly involved with your project. Our production managers possess a blend of technical and creative and communication skills. We have backgrounds in large company customer support organizations and have learned the importance of customer relations towards the long term survival of a business entity. We do our best to offer our customers the personal and professional contact appropriate to the preservation of the history of the family. We do our best to answer phone calls live and in person. We avoid that kind of phone system that has you push buttons until you get to wait on hold because "your call is important to us". We do not interrupt phone conversations to put you on hold.
