We can immediately determine your location and provide swift assistance be it a security, fire or medical emergency, a vehicle breakdown (accident, puncture, fuel shortage) or even a requirement for a private cab. Our professional Client Care team will call you immediately the text is received to determine the nature of your alert and take the necessary action. If there is no response to this call, a team is automatically dispatched. In most instances, upon determining the type of alert, we will dispatch two rapid response team members by motorcycle - tests show motorcycles are up to three times faster than a vehicle given current traffic conditions. We can also provide a fully equipped 4x4 with a further team. Again, alert dependent, we will stay in contact throughout to give you assurance and guidance.
