MIE is a creative studio specialising in animation. Set up by Yibi Hu and Joe Marshall in 2009, the idea was born out of a need for creative freedom, having worked in the corporate machine for too long, they wanted to be able to do jobs for love. Working in 2D, 3D, live action and stop motion, MIE also turn their talents to illustration and fine art whenever possible.
