Lyv Realty was formed by twenty-three year Real Estate agent and associate broker, Candice Pagliarulo Hodgson. Candice spent most of her career at Century 21 North East, and formed Lyv in 2020 after placing #1 in the company out of more than 850 agents. Lyv was formed with purpose. To take proven, data and technology-backed processes, work ethic and performance and share that with a select group of agents that can service the community with the highest possible standards. Only those that can "Lyv" up to the standards are considered to represent our clients. Our business is built around being the best at what we do and not corporate profit.
