Lyrebird Music Society Information

The purpose of the Lyrebird Music Society is to promote the playing, development and appreciation of fine music for its members, their guests and the public. We do this primarily by presenting monthly concerts. These are held in the Wyselaskie Auditorium (29 College Crescent, Parkville) on the first Sunday of the month starting at 2pm. Our concerts are always of a high standard and feature professional artists, mostly from Melbourne. We serve light refreshments at the end of each concert to give our audience members the opportunity to meet the performers. Individual concert tickets can be purchased online or at the concert door. We encourage interested concert goers to join the Society at anytime during the year. Membership entitles you to free entry to our regular concerts at an average cost of $10 each. Family and concession membership provide even better value. New members typically receive the benefit of 10 or more concerts for their first subscription. The Society emails concert information to members and other interested parties.
