Lynskey & Clark Companies is a family-owned, full-service real estate development company. Comprised of an experienced team of professionals, Lynskey & Clark Companies provides personal and professional attention to each of their clients. It's this level of service which has established Lynskey & Clark Companies reputation in the St. Croix Valley area. Customer referrals and repeat clients continue to make up over 90% of the company's business. In 1974, Michael J. Lynskey Sr. opened the Lynskey Companies doors as a residential and commercial investment company. Mike makes his home in the West Lakeland and has for more than 35 years. Since then, the focus of the business has changed and so has its name which now boasts the additional name of "Clark" which represents all partners. They have expanded into other areas of real estate including commercial real estate and land development. In 1989, Bob Clark joined the group. As a graduate from the St. Cloud State University Real Estate program, Bob provided an opportunity to expand the residential sales efforts of the company. At this time, Bob became a broker in Wisconsin and the home sales became a large portion of the business. Bob and his family make their home in Stillwater with their three children. A lifelong resident of Stillwater, Bob enjoys spending time at the cabin, golf and hunting. Bob keeps busy coaching youth hockey, football and baseball in the Stillwater community. Mick Lynskey joined the firm in 1993 after completing his degree in Business/Real Estate at St. Cloud State, and continued in the area of residential sales. It wasn't long after, the company began to diversify in the area of land development while maintaining a strong residential sales clientele. Mick resides in Lake Elmo.
