Before Lyme disease had a name, people were already noticing patterns. Parents compared notes. Symptoms repeated. The signal existed before the definition. LymePath begins from the idea that those experiences had far more information in the form of story than given credit for. This is still an ongoing challenge. Many people living with Lyme describe similar paths: confusion, delayed diagnosis, fragmented care, partial answers, and symptoms that continue without clear explanation. Yet much of this experience is rarely captured in a way that can be meaningfully seen over time. What LymePath does is listen carefully to that lived experience and preserve it in context. The platform helps people document their symptoms, treatments, environment, and daily changes over time, allowing individual stories to remain intact while shared patterns gradually become visible. LymePath does not diagnose or direct care. Its role is observational: to make experience easier to track, easier to reflect on, and harder to ignore. Our aim is to create better signals for people living with illness so they can better understand their experience, better advocate, share their experiences anonymously, and do so in a way that brings light to what we often miss.
