ClearStream Technologies, a subsidiary of C.R.Bard Inc, develops and manufactures angioplasty catheters and stentss for coronary and peripheral applications. The company was initially established in 1996 as a subsidiary of Angiodynamics Inc. In 2000 following a management buyout it became wholly irish owned. In 2004 the company went public and was floated on the AIM stock exchange in London. In 2011 the company was acquired and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of C.R. Bard Inc.
