Little White Feather (LWF) was created by husband and wife Will Hemming and Dani Saveker as a vehicle for their business interests. Dani is CEO of Families in Business Ltd, and creator of GLAS (Global Life Alignment System). Having experienced being part of, and working with, family businesses she realised that so many of us need to make sense of our life, relationships, business and purpose. Alignment across these is critical and starts by understanding ourselves first. GLAS was created. GLAS provides a way to help in all aspects of business and teamwork, culture and brand as well as at home, with loved one and communication. Just 15 elements will open your eyes to seeing clearer and better. Will spent over a decade working in the garment and sportswear industry, as an owner/operator, employee and senior manager, in sales and in supply chain. His experiences lead him to create 'Tracker' - a software application for small 'product-based' businesses to track their orders, inventory, manufacturing, and provide an overview of activity in their operations. Initially adopted by garment-focused businesses, Tracker is now in use in manufacturing environments, multi-channel retailers, and sportswear brands.
