We are a B2B mission-driven food-tech startup using cutting-edge science to improve the flavor and texture of plant-based meat alternatives. Our main goal is to develop technology to capture traditional meat-eaters and flexitarians, since they constitute the main commercial force in the industry. Our first product is a bovine myoglobin-based ingredient called TAMEE (The Authentic Meat Eating experience) that provides the mouthfeel of animal meat to current plant-based alternatives. TAMEE is unique, better and different to other approaches trying to accomplish the same. Additionally, TAMEE can be used in the emergent cultivated meat industry, where we also possess unique and game changing technology to enable its industrialization.
