Luya Associates is a boutique executive coaching and consulting company committed to helping you deliver the results you want, or need. You may be wanting coaching for you, or someone in your business, to achieve a set of personal or business goals. We’re here to give you the support you need to get there successfully. We also design and facilitate in a number of specialist such as personal branding, management and leadership skills, and career development. Luya Associates is run by Liz Luya, who has an extensive Corporate career, and since 2008 has been a specialist executive coach and facilitator, working with leading MNCs in the Region. Liz is also an experienced career management consultant. Having spent 22 years in the HR field in the UK and in Hong Kong, Liz has gained extensive first hand experience as a generalist and then as an Learning and Development specialist.
