LUXICO is Australia’s first ‘Home Hotel’ offering VIPs, families, and affluent travellers access to Australia’s best homes with hotel-style 24/7 concierge support and access to behind the scenes local experiences. We understand that a great holiday experience is not limited to beautiful accommodation and have developed partnerships with other luxury service providers to be able to offer our guests truly unique local experiences. We exclusively manage nearly 200 properties in NSW and VIC with QLD locations launching in late 2016. Our clients include Australian expats living overseas, owner-occupiers who travel at least 6 weeks a year (or have a second residence) and investors looking for a higher annual yield than they would receive from long-term leases. Unlike AirBNB and other online travel portals, LUXICO exclusively holds the keys to the homes we offer, assist owners to prepare their home to our ‘Guest Ready’ standards, meet and greet guests on site and provide internal housekeeping services to ensure a consistent standard of presentation across all our homes. LUXICO is the preferred Australian villa supplier to Abercrombie & Kent and a number of luxury travel trade partners worldwide.
