Our center provides multi-modality services that approach body, mind, and spirit at the level of the individual, as well as partner and couples therapy, family therapy, group therapies, and other forms of community based and corporate sessions. We believe in a new and flourishing integrative approach to mental health, beginning with the primary principle that human beings have innate capacities for self regulation and healing. We support clients towards creating greater and more meaningful connections to different parts of themselves, in their relationships, and to the larger communities around them.
