From an original staff that numbered one attorney and two legal assistants, the firm has grown to include 8 attorneys and a support staff in excess of 50. The mission of the firm is to provide its clients with superior legal services, effectively, efficiently, and economically. The firm primarily represents mortgage lenders and servicers in foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, and litigation matters. It also regularly handles matters in the following practice areas: collections (retail and commercial), bankruptcy representation of chattel and unsecured lenders, lender liability, title insurance, and general litigation. The firm's attorneys are licensed to practice law in the states of Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, and Montana.
