We are your first point of contact! We control the access to you as manager/executive/person. We deal with the correspondence and phone calls, screening and directing them appropriatly. Managing your schedule, organising meetings and oppointments is our daily bussiness. We keep track of important tasks and deadlines and assist you with time and daily management. We book and arrange your travel, transport and accommodation. When you need assistance globally, we accomany you abroad. This way you have your personal assistant always at your side. Also we have a wide range of other responsibilities we manage for you, such as: - Organising events and conferences - Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations,.. - Managing databases and filing systems - Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems - Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients - Managing and filing expenses - Conducting research on behalf of the manager - Taking meeting minutes - ... As personal assistant, we are always by your side, very discrete and diplomatic. Also, part of Lunah's is a creative department. Logodesign, content writing, sounding board website clarity/impact/looks and company branding. As new service, we also help company's with recruiting. First we listen to you, what kind of person you are in need for. We reach out and collect candidates for you, and plan selection days/calls.
