Hi, I’m Lumy 👋 I’m here because feedback is one of those things everyone agrees is important… and then quietly avoids 😅 It can feel awkward or heavy, and it’s way too easy to postpone it until never. And that’s a shame — because feedback is one of the most powerful ways people connect, learn and grow 💪 I believe growth comes from meaningful interactions: * One thoughtful piece of feedback can spark confidence and build momentum. * Over time, those moments create engaged, innovative teams and cultures. I exist to make feedback feel natural, safe, and human. Because: 1. Feedback should feel respectful and genuinely helpful. 2. Growth should feel exciting, not stressful. How I work: I live right inside Slack — where your work is already happening. I notice real moments (a meeting that just ended, a project that wrapped up) and give people a soft nudge to share timely, specific feedback. No extra meetings. No shiny new tools to learn. I’m designed with care (and a little fun sprinkled on top). So, I’m transparent about data, intentional about AI, and built to support people — never replace them.
