Lumerse Studio is an architectural visualization firm based in Nob Hill, Albuquerque, serving architects, developers, and cultural institutions across New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and West Texas. We turn concepts into immersive, presentation-ready experiences — photorealistic renderings, interactive VR/AR walkthroughs, and precision digital archives — built to help clients visualize, present, and preserve. Born from Preservation, Built for the Future Lumerse Studio grew out of founder Logan Skye's archival work on Judy Chicago's Wo/Manhouse 2022. While capturing the project in 360° VR, he recognized that no photograph or video could preserve what it felt like to stand inside a space. From that gap grew a studio combining full-scale 3D modeling, high-fidelity VR/AR rendering, and digital-twin archiving under one roof. Our Services Architectural Visualization — Photorealistic 3D models and renderings that bring projects to life at every stage, shortening approvals and strengthening presentations. VR/AR Visualization — Immersive walkthroughs and real-time design review for clients, stakeholders, and the public. Historical Preservation and Digital Archiving — High-fidelity digital twins of buildings, sites, and spaces, captured with sub-millimeter LiDAR and 360° spatial scanning. Artistic Archiving and Conceptualization — Immersive archives of exhibitions, installations, and creative works for artists, galleries, and cultural institutions. Our Team Lumerse Studio is led by Logan Skye, MPH, CCRP, whose clinical research background brings systematic methodology and precision measurement to every project. Through an academic internship program with the University of New Mexico, we provide hands-on experience for the next generation of visualization professionals.
