Lumerse Studio Information

Lumerse Studio is an architectural visualization and spatial capture studio headquartered in Nob Hill, Albuquerque, NM. Our primary service area covers all of New Mexico, including Santa Fe, with regional coverage extending to Arizona, Colorado, and West Texas. Most of our visualization work is done remotely. We visualize what you’re designing and capture what’s already built. Two Ways to Work Together Build — Photorealistic renderings, marketing floor plans, architectural animation, interactive tours, or VR experiences, created from your plans, drawings, or a Rhino, Revit, SketchUp, or CAD model. Use it for design reviews, stakeholder presentations, and property marketing. Capture — 3D scanning and reality capture of existing buildings, interiors, and sites, delivered as photorealistic walkthroughs, point clouds, and as-built drawings. Use it to share a listing, review existing conditions, record construction progress, or preserve an exhibition or cultural space. Our Story The studio’s founding impulse came from Wo/Manhouse 2022, the reimagining of the 1972 Womanhouse initiated by Judy Chicago’s nonprofit Through the Flower in Belen, New Mexico. While archiving every room in 360° photography, founder Logan Skye, MPH, CCRP, recognized that no photograph or video could preserve what it felt like to stand inside those spaces.
