Consultancy: Using a numbers based approach, we can help solve any problem related to the environment within agriculture, sports/turf and the public sector. Agriculture - Optimal crop yield - Optimize soil quality - Optimize ecological functioning - Minimize losses Sports and Turf - Sustainable management (quality monitoring and consultancy) - Closing the water-balance - Reduce nutrient and pesticide leaching to zero Public sector - Help build stronger dikes - Retain more water in cities - Increase recreational value - Restore biodiversity Research and Development: Solving any problem can only be done, if the cause of the problem is known. In order to find this cause, high quality research is an absolute necessity. Ones the problem is known, the next step is developing the solution. Lumbricus will help with both these steps. - Product research - Product development - Analysis and Reporting - Engineering Process Management: Once you know what the plant, the soil and the environment need, it is most important to organize the processes around this, in order to satisfying this demand. Furthermore, you need the proper tools and machinery to work efficiently. Lumbricus Process Management is all about improving and innovating the processes and machinery regarding green maintenance and agriculture. - Course maintenance optimization - Lean six/ Six Sigma Process Management - Systematic problem solving - Machinery maintenance plan - Courses and lectures
