As the Executive Search arm of The FISER Group, Ludgate Search provides executive search, diversity and inclusion advisory services to the Asset Management and Alternatives industry across EMEA. Ludgate Search leads inclusive search and selection mandates, partnering with clients based on the main principles of diversity, equity and inclusion with an aim to attract and retain diverse talent - which we know leads to higher performance and innovation. This is reflected in our high conversion ratio with female and ethnically diverse talent. We provide data split of the desired talent pool by gender and ethnicity (+ any other diversity criteria clients want us to include) for every search. Upon the consideration of the long list, in partnership with the client, we agree an ambitious (yet realistic) target % for the shortlists (and if needed adjust / flex on the initial criteria to widen the net of diverse talent). In the past 10 years, 50% + of our appointments across EMEA were female - even in what are considered more challenging markets - the Nordics, Netherlands, DACH and the Middle East.
