It was there, amid the aromas of fresh herbs and simmering sauces, that he discovered his lifelong passion for creating extraordinary food. His culinary journey took him through Italy, where he trained as a professional chef, before setting his sights on London in 1983, with one dream in mind – to open his very own Sicilian restaurant. After a decade honing his craft in London’s top kitchens, Fabrizio realised his dream in 1996 by opening his first restaurant. Fast forward to 2013, and Luce e Limoni was born, bringing a modern twist to classic Sicilian dishes. Since then, Fabrizio and his family have delighted guests with their unique fusion of tradition and innovation. Luce e Limoni draws its inspiration from Fabrizio’s deep-rooted Sicilian heritage and the vibrant food culture of the Mediterranean.
