With over 200 000 wheels supplied to date, we really do have a proven track record in serving the Sub-Saharan and Africa Railway market, via our 10 000 square metre facility located in Germiston, South Africa. Lucchini RS, is the first international forged wheel manufacturer to localise production in South Africa and is B-BBEE Level 2 certified. We specialise in the design, manufacture and supply of forged railway wheels, axles and wheelsets for locomotives, freight wagons and passenger coaches, covering all types of rolling stock from high-speed trains through heavy haul to light rail.
