Lucas Blake Information

Rather than pitching recruitment jargon and “corporate speak” at you, let us tell you in our own words what we do and how we do it differently. We believe in bringing simplicity to recruitment rather than overcomplicating it. Thoroughness, transparency, openness, and honesty are all tenets of the way that we behave to ensure that our recruitment processes work for candidates and clients alike. Our employees undergo a rigorous training and development program utilising both internal and external resources to ensure that we have a well-trained and highly skilled workforce who are experts within their field. We specialise in providing high calibre candidates to the technology sector and have a client portfolio that encompasses diverse areas of the technology landscape including SaaS, Martech, managed services, enterprise software, AI, IoT, fintech and cyber security. We are trusted partners to a multitude of start-up, hypergrowth, VC funded, pre-IPO and "Unicorn" organisations where we work with them on a global remit and have provided multiple employees to assist with their growth. Our offering includes retained search, managed services, advertised selection and traditional exclusive contingent recruitment arrangements with our search offering having a successful completion record of more than 90%. Everyone says that they do it differently, call us on 0161 416 6789 and let us show you how we do it!
