In 1994, with the belief that Internet will disrupt the world, Professor Lu started a series projects which later become "Lu Lab" The Lab practice Professor Lu's education methods: 1.非常规自我实现（unconventional self-actualization）； 2. 学理论不如学案例(studying theory is not as effective as studying cases), 学案例不如做案例(studying cases is not as effective as working on cases), 做案例不如玩案例(working on cases is not as effective as playing with cases); 一人玩不如几人玩(playing alone is not as effective as playing together), 几人玩不如聚天下英才名师组团玩(playing together is not as effective as playing with world experts and talented students together).
