LTSB is a social mobility charity that prepares, connects and supports young people from disadvantaged backgrounds into meaningful roles with major firms. We know that talent exists where opportunity does not. We provide skills, networks and opportunities to make sure our young people can find careers equal to their ambition and ability, and can contribute from their first day on the job.
