Load Transfer Construction Method (LTCM) is a DfMA superstructure platform system that leverages existing manufacturing capacity across a distributed supply chain. LTCM comprises 4 prefabricated components (light gauge steel wall frames, precast concrete columns, cores and decks) which are finished onsite with the slab pour. LTCM also supports other DfMA technology and will soon have an AI agent to turbo charge design options and decision making. LTCM is particularly suited to residential, hotels, student accommodation and aged care of three levels and above. LTCM was very successfully used to build four projects in Western Australia, including the Hilton Hotel in Albany. For further information please contact camsmith@mmcipgroup.com or 0419 858 872
