As multi-vendor value-added resellers and implementation partners for the leading vendors LSA know that although the eventual goal can be largely similar, the route to success can often differ. We have considerable experience of leveraging departmental “point-solution requirements” to enable delivery of company-wide Agile Financial (Enterprise) Performance Management solutions. From simple collection and adjustment of individual entity trial balances for the production of consolidated results, to sophisticated operational resource planning, LSA are knowledgeable of both market-leading, and start-up, software vendor offerings and can guide as regards suitability and cost. We can assist the leverage of existing systems for better effect, i.e. if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. Most planning applications can offer consolidation, and consolidation systems will do financial plans. Operational planning (and monitoring) is often possible using existing BI (decision support) solutions. Working together for mutual benefit is enshrined in everything that we do. Our success is measured when our clients no longer need us for daily operation of their performance management solutions, but failure would occur should they no longer contact us for any ongoing updates, advice or support.
