At LSCE Ltd our clients are those people and organisations responsible for the procurement and installation of MEP Building Services. You will work within the public and/or private sectors delivering projects of up to £15m total MEP expenditure, and wish to expand your business opportunities and client base by tendering for, winning, and successfully delivering design and build contracts. The projects you deliver will either be large/bespoke residential, commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, education, or mission critical facilities. You are forward thinking, have a strong brand, and a clear focus on what you wish to achieve. You have a keen motivation to deliver your services in the most cost effective manner whilst seeking to excel in meeting client and programme requirements. You will understand the importance of collaboration and the need to follow a structured project delivery process, focusing not only on the construction stage but the design phase where it is key to make the right decisions at the right time based on the right level of information in the right format so you can excel in achieving your goals.
