The Liquid Roofing and Waterproofing Association (LRWA) is the authoritative voice for liquid roofing and waterproofing in the UK. Founded in 1979, the LRWA is an industry-led, professional Association bringing together manufacturers, contractors, installers, service providers and technical professionals across a specialist sector. Our work is guided by three core principles: competence, compliance and confidence. In an industry reshaped by the Building Safety Act and heightened accountability across the construction supply chain, these principles define how we support our members and the wider sector through ongoing change. UK construction has changed and the Building Safety Act has redefined accountability across the industry. Competence is now a regulatory expectation rather than a matter of best practice alone. The LRWA exists to help its members meet and exceed these expectations. We provide the technical leadership, structured training and industry-led guidance that specialist manufacturers, contractors, installers and service providers need to operate with confidence in an increasingly regulated sector.
