LPK, Ltd. Information

LPK.LLC was founded and incorporated in Virginia, USA in 2008. Prior to this the founder of LPK, L. Knutsen, started and managed a security consulting firm named Global Security Consultants Inc. GSC where established and incorporated in the US state Delaware in 1998. In 2008, Mr. Knutsen decided to expand the business into a full services security firm. In June of 2008 LPK was established in Virginia, USA. Mr. Knutsen decided on Virginia because of its clear and strong regulations and laws guiding and controlling the security industry. By choosing Virginia, clients would be ensured that they dealt with a security firm that was professional and was monitored and held accountable by a reputable governing authority. Virginia has established a government regulating organization named DCJS . Virginia DCJS issues permits to any and all persons that would like to establish a security firm, as well as all operators working within Virginia. LPK is duly established and holds all permits and bonds required to undertake business as required by the state of Virginia DCJS. LPK is also a federal registered security contract provider.
