Our ethos is to use the best locally sourced Scottish produce and add an exciting culinary twist. We aim to create a strong balance between the provision of healthy, nutritious and balanced products, packed with high quality, locally sourced produce, with a strong taste profile. Our offering tells the story from producer to fork. Our units are fitted with Scottish Produce food maps, showing the produce that we use and offering a geographic culinary journey of our menu, with a strong emphasis on the suppliers. Event Catering Lov Mexican - Mexican style with a unique Scottish twist, including a range of delicious burritos with as much locally sourced produce as we can cram into them. Lov Burger Co - serving a variety of locally sourced, butcher quality hand pressed burgers, served in a brioche bun, served from a trendy, London inspired, burger joint. Other Services Pop Up Bars which can be booked for your venue, or in conjunction with our amazing stretch tents, which we can erect almost anywhere. Private Event Catering - we specialise in providing informal, relaxed catering options for small intimate dinners, parties in castles to weddings in farm grain barns. If you can book it, we can cater in it.
