LoveLife Program Information

LoveLife is a technology-enabled nutrition & wellness program that enables individuals to discover how specific foods impact their Sleep, Energy, Allergies, Weight, Pain, Digestion and more. The 21-day program combines coaching, peer-to-peer support, proprietary packaged goods and recipes, with unique technology to help individuals find their optimal 'Food Fit'. Clients begin with a food-based cleanse, which replaces multiple types of inflammatory foods with whole, unprocessed foods. Once they are feeling renewed, they begin a personalized journey of food re-integration, where multiple food types are tested for their impact on various metrics of health and wellness. Through the entire process, clients use the LoveLife Food Tuning Tracker as a guide, and LoveLife’s expert team of coaches to support them every step of the way.
