This Agreement and other documents referred to herein, other than the copyright infringement claims procedures referred to above, are governed by English law, and any legal proceedings between you and the Company relating to this Agreement or otherwise relating to use of the Site shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in London, England, and your access and use of the Site constitutes your unconditional and irrevocable consent to personal jurisdiction and venue exclusively in said court.
