LotzCo, Inc. was established in 1995, initially as a homewatch company for absentee homeowners. Our job was to help ensure their homes remained in tip-top shape while owners were out of town. However, as our clients and their needs expanded, so did our services. LotzCo, Inc. is owned and operated by Russell & Dina Lotz, always with hands-on involvement and direct communication with clients. Russell is a licensed residential contractor with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His vast array of knowledge and capabilities, coupled with far-reaching contacts help ensure that our clients only deal with quality workmanship. Dina has more than 15 years of home management experience coupled with an expansive background as an executive and personal assistant.
