Pinnacle Therapy is the psychological specialist in personal and business transformation. A leading provider of science-based consultancy, training, coaching and therapy, we take a holistic approach and often blend methods, such as psychotherapy, coaching, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and training, to ensure lasting results. Pinnacle Therapy was founded in 2005 by Richard Reid, a qualified psychotherapist, counsellor and mediator. We have since grown into a team of expert therapists and consultants that provide a tailored improvement experience to individuals and businesses.

We help individuals who are struggling to manage life’s challenges by providing therapeutic support to be the best version of themselves. When your car breaks down, you either know how to fix it or how to find someone who can. Emotions, on the other hand, are a little harder to fix. There's no wrench you can grab, but there’s one tool you can always use: talking. But there’s more to the age-old advice to just “talk it out” than there seems. Nobody should have to experience the challenges many of us have faced. We go through life facing one “bump” after another but oftentimes without the support we need. If we're honest, it grieves us to see our clients struggling but we became psychotherapists because we wanted to help. Get in touch today and let's see how we can support you.
