Founded in 2023, it is owned and operated by Rayne Fulton, MS, LPC-A, LCDC, NCC, RYT, and Supervised by Katherine Hamman, LPC-S, LCDC. I provide virtual telehealth counseling services to adult clients 18 years of age and older residing in Texas.
