Lothan Space builds autonomous spacecraft systems: satellites and rovers that can perceive, decide, and act onboard when ground control is minutes or hours away. What we are building OTD-0: a 1U multispectral imaging payload (RGB, 660 nm red-edge, 850 nm NIR) on a 3U CubeSat, launching with Interstellar Technologies. The onboard payload computer runs change detection before downlink, so the satellite sends what matters instead of everything. OTD-0 is the first node of a planned autonomous Earth-observation constellation, and its RGB camera doubles as a spatial awareness sensor for spotting and characterizing nearby objects. STRIDE: a sub-10 kg autonomous lunar rover for CLPS delivery. The v1 autonomy stack (terrain segmentation, D* Lite path planning, EKF state estimation, stereo and LiDAR fusion) was presented at the Flight Software Workshop 2026 and demonstrated on space-grade compute with Klepsydra Technologies at ESA Industry Space Days 2026. A v2 stack adds an onboard LLM agent with a generate-then-select safety architecture. We also released stride-moon-seg-v1, an open synthetic lunar segmentation dataset. University Ground Station Network: a federated network of UniClOGS-based university ground stations across the US, Finland, and Korea, with SatNOGS dual-homing. Longer term, the autonomy we prove in low Earth orbit and on the lunar surface is the foundation for spacecraft operating in cislunar space and beyond, where communication delays make ground-in-the-loop control impractical. Lothan Space is a US-owned Delaware C-corporation headquartered in Pasadena, California, working with university hardware partners in the US, Japan, and Korea. We respond to NASA and DoD solicitations and welcome conversations with mission operators, primes, and research groups working on Earth observation, space domain awareness, lunar surface operations, and onboard edge AI.
